Beverages
Centennial Hall offers a complete
bar for each of the three banquet rooms with many options from which to choose. Your event planner will assist
you as you select the perfect beverage package for your guests.
Professional bartenders will be scheduled for your event and you will pay them
$125.00
directly. One bartender is recommended for every
85 guests. If more than one tender is needed, the price is $95.00 per
bar tender.
There is a service charge of 18% and Michigan State sales tax of 6%.
Beverages provided with buffets
include: Freshly Brewed Coffee and Decaffeinated Coffee, Hot or iced herbal Teas,
Tropical Fruit Punch, and Carafes of Lemon Water on each table. Specialty
Drinks are available upon request.
Bar packages include: Host Bar,
Cash Bar, Four Hour Beverage Package, Five Hour Beverage Package, Beer and
Wine Package, and Non-Alcoholic Package.
All bars not to exceed five (5)
hours. Bar will be closed one half hour for dinner service and the last
half hour of the event. All bars include complimentary coffee service.
Additional items are available to
make the reception complete:
Champagne, Non-alcoholic
Champagne, A large selection of Wines, Exclusive Beverages for the Dollar
Dance or Toasts, Spiked Punch Bowls, or Imported and Domestic Kegs of
Beer.
Many Dry Snacks can be provided
at the Bar and a complete list will be made available during a hall tour.
NEW! As of January, 2009, Centennial
Hall has a liquor license from the State of Michigan Liquor Control
Commission. Alcoholic beverages of any kind
may no longer be brought on the premises by private parties.
