We Provide: Freshly Brewed Regular and Decaffeinated Coffee, Iced Tea, Hot Herbal Teas, Tropical Punch, and Lemon Water. Bartenders set up your bar, serve your event, and sanitize the area after your reception. We schedule 1 bartender for every 85 guests. For events with a guest count over 100, we require 2 bartenders. One bartender will cost $125, and if there are more than 2, it will be $95 each. Please note the bar will be closed for one half hour during dinner service. Centennial Hall has a Class C liquor license and no outside beverages can be brought into the hall. Alcohol cannot be consumed in the parking lot. All bars not to exceed fire (5)
hours, closed 1/2 hour during dinner and the last hour of hall rental. There
will be a 6% sales tax and 18% service fee for alcohol purchased by the tenant.
Centennial Hall, Inc. reserves the right to monitor bar service in compliance
with the Michigan Liquor Control Commission's regulation and reserves the right
to discontinue bar service when appropriate.
