Our on and off premise catering and
banquet services are available for any occasion.
Catering: We
provide excellent food and many services for your event. Your delicious menu
selections will be prepared on premise by our executive chef. You and your
guests will enjoy a customized menu chosen by you - just for you!

Beverage/Bar Service:
Professional Bar service is included in the price.

Cake Service: Your
beautiful wedding cake or specialty dessert will be cut and served to your guests by our wait
staff. Your top cake will be wrapped for freezing so that you can enjoy
it on your first anniversary.
Live Entertainment:
Choosing the entertainment for your event is very exciting. There are many
choices available and you are free to make your own selection. If you
desire, your reception can include live entertainment by
Sound
Productions (our in house preference). The entertainment for your
event is one of the most critical components and we recommend Sound
Productions without hesitation. (Events at Centennial Hall receive a
discount from them.)
Decorations:
Appropriate
Decorations are
provided throughout the facility. A buffet centerpiece with
candles is provided. The remaining guest tables can be furnished with a
variety of beautiful options. Crystal candle stick holders, mirrors,
hurricanes, globes, crystal bowls, and many other decorations are
available at no
charge. Candles need to be purchased from the hall or you can provide your
personal selection.
Linen: Napkins are
available in a variety of colors for seated functions. Table coverings are
automatically white, and tables that require skirting (cake, gift, book, etc)
are also skirted in white. Additional decorations, such as seat covers,
colored table linens, multiple layered linens, etc. are
available for nominal charge.
