After going through two of my children's weddings, I was quite apprehensive about the upcoming wedding of my daughter Beth. Weddings are beautiful affairs, but they are also known to be stressful, with a lot of work going on behind the scenes. Because of this simple and yet normally unsaid fact, finding Jean and Centennial Hall was a total blessing. Everything we could have begun to even worry about was taken care of by Jean and her attentive and friendly staff. It was a complete joy having my daughter's reception at Centennial Hall. I truly wish I would have known about Jean and her establishment weddings ago."

"The food was incredibly delicious. Chef Christopher can take food to a new level. Wish he was my personal Chef. The Hall was beautifully decorated and Jean, the manager, was friendly and very helpful with all our details. She knows her stuff and has a great reputation as a banquet manager throughout the community. I just learned that she teaches the banqueting class at Central Michigan University (SHA 455) and I'll bet the students love it. Keep up the good work."

"I'm a groom who really didn't care about the reception, but boy was I surprised! It was one of the best parties I've had (even though my new wife did all the planning.) Great food, service was friendly, a new dance floor - which I enjoyed sliding on, and neat bar area for the guys. They have the keg cooler and CO2 all set up! You can't go wrong at Centennial Hall."

"I was a very nervous bride. I heard stories about receptions that didn't turn out and I dreaded the whole day. I met with Jean, reserved the Hall, and very shortly thereafter had a wonderful reception. The banquet hall was beautiful with linen and centerpieces, and the menu I chose was delicious. I liked the buffet line being set up for a long time so I knew all my guests had plenty to eat. Now I know I worried for nothing ... it was perfect. Thank you Centennial Hall staff. You guys were the best!"

"I am an employee at Centennial Hall and when, Jean asked me to write something I was excited to let you know what it is like working there. I love it. Because everyone stays happy and likes working there, it seems like every event is fun. My favorite jobs are helping to set up the banquet room (I think fan folded napkins look cool and can be so many different colors), I like serving the wedding cake to all the guests, and I like being in charge of the beverage table (the punch is unique and tastes great.) Please consider letting us make your day perfect ... call the hall - and I look forward to waiting on you. Oh I forgot - we even carry the plates from the buffet line to the head table so the Bride and bridesmaids don't get food on the gowns. Now I think that's service with a smile."

"I had my wedding reception at the Hall and I like the fact that my Mom didn't have to do a lot. I wanted to spend time with her in the months prior to the big day, and we were both relaxed, and had a wonderful evening. All she had to do was make the favors for each guest, buy candles (mine were pillars with glittered snowflakes), and choose the menu. It doesn't get any better than that. If you've never seen the Hall check it out. They have a new photographic portrait wall on the dance floor. That means the lighting and the background are ideal for beautiful pictures."
